Simple Exercises You Can Do at the Office
Discover easy, effective exercises like stair climbing, walking, and squats that busy professionals can do at work to boost focus, health, and reduce chronic disease risk.

It's not easy to exercise while working, is it?
However, even short bursts of exercise can positively impact concentration and health, so I'd like to recommend it.
Today, I'd like to introduce a few simple exercises that busy modern people can do at the office.
First, stair climbing.
Stair climbing is a highly effective exercise that requires no equipment, just your body.
Climbing stairs improves blood flow and benefits heart and brain health.
How about taking the stairs instead of the elevator today?

Second, walking.
Walking is an easy and highly effective exercise you can do regularly.
Even a few more steps than usual can boost your metabolism and reduce the risk of chronic diseases like high blood pressure and diabetes.
According to an analysis in the British Journal of Sports Medicine, just 20 minutes of moderate-intensity walking daily can
lower the probability of cardiovascular disease, reduce stress, and even aid in getting a good night's sleep.
How about strolling around the office today, or walking to your destination instead of taking public transport for a reasonable distance?

Third, squats.
If you're in a restroom or a space out of sight from others, this exercise is excellent.
It's squats.
It's good to get into the habit of standing up every two hours and doing 10 squats.
Squats can strengthen your lower body, increase bone density, and improve cardiovascular health.
However, if you have joint issues like bad knees, strenuous squats are a no-go!
