When winter comes to mind, tangerines are an indispensable fruit.
Everyone has probably experienced snuggling under a blanket in a warm room and eating tangerines, right?
So today, we'd like to explore some information about tangerines, which serve as an excellent source of vitamins during the cold winter.
Although tangerines are mostly composed of water,
they contain various components including vitamins, sugars, organic acids, amino acids, and minerals. Tangerines harvested in cold weather are rich in Vitamin C.
Additionally, they contain Vitamin A, which is good for eyesight, and Vitamin P, which protects blood vessels and prevents high blood pressure and arteriosclerosis.
They are also rich in Vitamin E, which prevents the oxidation of unsaturated fatty acids and inhibits cholesterol accumulation.
Tangerines are a fruit that is good for our bodies,
and consuming about two tangerines a day is enough to meet the daily recommended intake.

Furthermore, tangerine peels also have benefits.
