Natural Middle-Aged Eye Surgery (Endoscopic Brow Lift, Lower Blepharoplasty Revision)
A case study of a female patient in her 60s who achieved a brighter, more youthful appearance through an endoscopic brow lift and lower blepharoplasty revision.

* Basic Information
# Female in her 60s
# Medical History: 2 previous upper blepharoplasties, 1 previous lower blepharoplasty
- Due to excessive skin removal from two previous upper blepharoplasties, the space between the eyebrows and eyes was narrow, resulting in a bulging and harsh appearance.
- Although she underwent lower blepharoplasty about 10 years ago, the under-eye area became bulging and wrinkled again over time.
* Consultation
# Because a significant amount of skin was removed during previous upper blepharoplasties, the space between the eyebrows and eyes narrowed, making her impression look harsh. Since the forehead and eyes cannot be considered separately, we decided to perform an endoscopic brow lift to address eyelid sagging and create a more refreshed, open impression.
# Despite having had lower blepharoplasty once before, the under-eye area had become bulging and wrinkled again with age. We decided to improve this through a lower blepharoplasty revision.
* Surgical Plan
# Endoscopic Brow Lift
# Lower Blepharoplasty (Revision)

* Post-operative Progress
1. By securing space between the eyebrows and eyes through the brow lift, the patient’s impression looks much brighter compared to before the surgery, and a clear double eyelid line was created. Additionally, as wrinkles on the forehead and between the eyebrows are smoothed out, the forehead contour becomes softer and more aesthetically pleasing.
2. In lower blepharoplasty, especially in revision cases, the orbicularis oculi muscle must be firmly suspended and fixed to prevent complications such as ectropion or easy recurrence.
3. Natural results are the most important factor in anti-aging surgery. If the change in impression before and after surgery is too drastic, it can be burdensome and difficult for the patient to adjust to!
