Revision Surgery Review After Saline Implant Rupture - Breast Revision Surgery

After breastfeeding two children, my breasts sagged, leading to a saline implant surgery 10 years ago. After a painful recovery and complications like capsular contracture and eventual rupture, I sought revision surgery. I found Dr. Lee Jae-soo at Next Plastic Surgery, who performed a successful revision through the armpit, resulting in a natural feel and appearance.

Revision Surgery Review After Saline Implant Rupture - Breast Revision Surgery

After breastfeeding and raising two children,

my breasts sagged significantly, so I underwent breast augmentation with saline implants 10 years ago at P Plastic Surgery. I had the surgery through the navel, and despite claims it wouldn't be painful, it was incredibly agonizing afterward...

Moreover, I had to expand the pocket by pushing my surgically enhanced breasts up and down with my fist every day. ㅜㅜㅜ

This is commonly known as 'post-breast surgery massage,' but it felt less like a massage and more like dissecting the saline implant inside my body up, down, left, and right.

Once a week, when I visited the hospital, a strong-looking doctor or nurse would appear and press and knead my breasts with all their might (even using their body weight)... Despite all this suffering,

an ultrasound revealed that one side had developed capsular contracture, causing the implant on that side to gradually shift towards the upper center.

Still, I thought I couldn't go through breast surgery a second time, so I endured it, but the shape of my breast became increasingly convex at the top, and finally, during a breast check-up early this year, I was told one side had ruptured...

Last winter, I had a lingering cold and felt like one breast was noticeably shrinking, perhaps due to weight loss...

As each day passed, one breast visibly decreased in size and became softer, which struck me as odd and gave me an ominous feeling.

Wondering if I had to undergo revision surgery through the navel again, I returned to P Plastic Surgery, where I had my first surgery.

To my surprise, they quoted an exorbitant price.

After searching on 'Gangnam Unnie' and 'Barbie Talk' and deliberating, I discovered Next Plastic Surgery through the keyword 'implant removal.'

I chatted and exchanged messages with someone who posted a review about having surgery at Next. Although I hadn't met them in person, patients completely trusted Dr. Lee Jae-soo, with some even saying they'd choose him again if reborn, which instilled an inexplicable sense of trust in me.

I booked a consultation with Dr. Lee Jae-soo, and he mentioned that capsular contracture could recur on both sides. He initially suggested removing all implants, but I insisted on revision surgery through the armpit, and he agreed.

Removal was possible under sedation and took a short time, but the thought of living without breasts made me not want to live, so I simply insisted on

revision surgery.

The implants I chose for the revision surgery were not the expensive, latest models, but they felt the softest to the touch,

and the surgery cost, including the implants, was the most reasonable.

More than the cost, the outcome of revision surgery is paramount, and after the revision, the size and feel are truly amazing.

Even when I touched my breasts while standing, they felt soft and natural, showing no signs of surgery, just like natural breasts.

Now, I am filled with nothing but gratitude for the doctor.

Perhaps if I had followed the doctor's advice and had the surgery through the navel again at P Plastic Surgery, the pain and contracture would have returned.

Lately, it seems many people like me, whose saline implants have ruptured, are going to Next Plastic Surgery for revision surgery.

Listening to their stories in online communities, many suffered for years with re-ruptures or contracture after having removal and revision at their initial surgery hospital.

It seems many eventually turn to Dr. Lee Jae-soo at Next Plastic Surgery as a last resort.

Searching for 'implant removal,' 'implant rupture,' or 'saline implant rupture revision surgery reviews' on Google, I see many reviews for Next Plastic Surgery and Dr. Lee Jae-soo.

I am not someone who typically writes such long reviews after surgery, nor am I someone who lives with the mindset of wishing others well,

but I am leaving this review for two reasons:

First, to help others like me stop their emotional suffering.

Second, because I want this ethical doctor, Dr. Lee Jae-soo, and Next Plastic Surgery, who doesn't view patients as mere sources of money but genuinely believes in solving their problems without treating them like pushovers, to truly succeed. Even in these difficult times, I hope more patients seek out such a hospital, which is why I'm posting this review. May everyone become more beautiful.
