Sanbaek-an is not strictly a medical term.

Literally, in Chinese characters, sanbaek = 三白 = three whites.

This refers to the condition where the whites of the eyes are visible in three parts of the eye.

Then, sabaek-an would mean a eye shape where the whites are visible in all four places.
