The most important factors are the condition of the nose's soft tissue and cartilage!

In the case of the nose, its height and line are determined by the shape of the nasal bone and cartilage.

However, if surgery has been performed multiple times, the condition of the cartilage inside the nose

is inevitably not as good, and once damaged, cartilage

cannot be fully restored to its original state. Therefore,

there may be limitations in achieving a beautiful nose line.

If the cartilage is weak, it can be supplemented using other materials such as donated rib cartilage or autologous rib cartilage.

Even with previously damaged cartilage, various surgical methods can be considered,

such as making it as close to normal as possible before performing the surgery.

And another important factor is soft tissue.

When surgery is performed, scar tissue inevitably forms in the affected area.

The characteristic of scar tissue is that it is hard and does not stretch well.

This scar tissue accumulates with each surgery performed.

Therefore, if you have undergone nose surgery multiple times, shaping the nose

may be limited.
