the second option is to prepare the adjacent teeth for a bridge.

Gum treatment combined with temporary teeth after extraction, followed by final prosthetics after gum recovery

While performing gum treatment and extracting the deciduous tooth,

the patient wore temporary teeth for one month while the gums in the treated area recovered healthily.

The reasons for using temporary teeth are:

They help the gums in the extraction area recover, and by using temporary teeth, when deciding on the shape and color for the final prosthetic, the patient's preferences can be understood in advance and taken into account during fabrication.

This photo shows the final prosthetic attached one month after the start of treatment.

Fortunately, the prepared front tooth did not require nerve treatment due to hypersensitivity,

and the nerve was preserved until the final attachment.

During the use of temporary teeth, feedback was received from the patient for the fabrication of the final prosthetic,

resulting in a natural shape and color that blended with the surrounding teeth.

This is a patient with a similar ongoing case.

This person also had a space maintained by a retainer in the past where a deciduous tooth was located, but the distance to the adjacent teeth was too close.

After being diagnosed with a bridge, they are currently wearing temporary teeth.

if root resorption does not occur even in adulthood,
