[Gangnam Smile Eye Clinic] Our Optometry/Consultation Team Went on an Autumn Workshop :D

The weather is already getting quite chilly.

Before it got too cold, our Gangnam eye clinic, Smile Eye Clinic, sent its optometry and consultation team on an autumn workshop!

We split into two groups: those who went grocery shopping after work and those who left earlier. Our chief director generously gave us his card, telling us to eat whatever we wanted – it was amazing!

We had a blast swiping that card and enjoyed our autumn workshop to the fullest! ^.^

While Smile Eye Clinic has several departments, I believe the optometry and consultation team is the most crucial at an eye clinic. They're like the front line in the military. No matter how busy or how many patients there are, they never lose their smile, always providing accurate examinations and friendly consultations. Teamwork is incredibly important, and even though we started without knowing each other's personalities, we’ve now become a team where we understand each other with just a glance!

We started with samgyeopsal (pork belly).

Of course, grilling it over charcoal feels more like a workshop than just on a regular pan!

The male optometry and consultation teachers took the lead at the grill, and the other teachers set the table. When it comes to eating, everyone's hands and feet move even faster and more efficiently than when working at the clinic…?

And what's meat without alcohol, right?

They gave us good alcohol for the workshop and even wrote a nice phrase on it!

‘Daedong Dan-gyeol’ (Great Unity)...

It means several people uniting for a great purpose.

They didn't just give us alcohol; they wrote a witty phrase.

The photo is a bit blurry, but it was a great opportunity to enjoy a moderate amount of drinks and say things we hadn't been able to, or wanted to say.

I didn't want to talk about work at such a pleasant gathering, but we did for a very brief moment! 5 minutes! We discussed suggestions and then went back to eating and playing with excitement!

After enjoying all the meat, the male teachers played a very wholesome game of foot volleyball to help digest!

And the teachers who wanted more drinks bought a 'Juurumarble' (drinking board game) and enjoyed a moderate amount of alcohol without overdoing it!

Everyone is so young that they don't get tired even while drinking. I thought, ‘They really are young!’ haha.

Still, we had a pleasant time without overdoing it,

and the Gangnam Smile Eye Clinic optometry and consultation team's autumn workshop concluded happily without any major incidents!
