# Eyes

- The muscle strength for opening the eyes is not bad, but the low position of the eyebrows creates a heavy, pressing look on the eyes.

- The space between the eyebrows and eyes is narrow, resulting in a puffy and stifling appearance.

- The previous double eyelid line has loosened, causing multiple folds.

- The area from the eyebrows to the forehead is uneven.

# Eyes

- I want to fix the loosened lines and multiple folds to create a clear, large ‘out-line’ (parallel) double eyelid. I want to reduce the puffiness of the eyelids for a more refreshed and defined look. Also, can the unevenness of my forehead be improved at the same time?

- Because the space between your eyebrows and eyes is narrow, it feels closed off. Simply re-fixing the double eyelid line won’t necessarily improve this; in fact, it might make the area look even puffier. This is especially true when pursuing an out-line, so we must be careful. Therefore, by performing an endoscopic brow lift to release the uneven muscles and raise the eyebrows to an ideal height, we can resolve both the stifling feeling and the unevenness simultaneously!

- The forehead and eyes cannot be considered separately. Harmony between these two areas is essential to achieve the ideal eye shape!

# Nose

- The patient wanted to correct the wide and low bridge that made her face look flat and broad. She desired a more feminine line rather than the current masculine feel.

- She was also stressed by the long, drooping nose tip, which made her look older than her actual age.

- We planned to create a shorter nose tip than before, but without making it look upturned. Bulbous nose correction was also planned to create a slimmer appearance.

# Eyes

- What is the first change you notice? Even though an out-line double eyelid was created, the eyelids don’t look puffy at all, right? A very clean and refreshed line has been achieved.

- You can see that the unevenness from the eyebrows to the forehead has disappeared, almost as if fat grafting and Botox were performed! Just by releasing the muscles that hold the eyebrows down during a brow lift, the forehead contour can become this beautiful!

# Nose

- In the post-operative results, a natural yet sharp nose tip was achieved without showing too much of the nostrils (as requested).

- Also, before the surgery, the drooping tip made the columella look recessed. By bringing out the columella and improving the nasolabial angle, the line connecting the nose to the philtrum has become much more sophisticated and pretty.

- The wide bridge became narrower and higher, drawing focus to the center of the face. This added three-dimensional depth to a previously flat face, making it look smaller, which the patient was very satisfied with.
