* Pre-surgery Concerns

👃 Rhinoplasty Plan

Improve the low nasal bridge using an implant.

Create a sturdy support structure using costal cartilage.

Plan a smooth straight-semi-curved line flowing from the bridge to the tip and the philtrum.

* Post-surgery Changes

Days 1–3

Swelling is mainly concentrated around the nose tip and the glabella (between the eyebrows).

Days 5–7

The overall contour of the nose begins to emerge, and the tip line starts to become more defined.

The previously bulbous nose becomes slimmer and starts to look slightly more pointed.

Weeks 2–3

Stabilization of the natural straight-semi-curved line.

Months 2–3

Completion of a feminine straight-semi-curved nose similar to Oh Yeon-seo’s.

The flow of the line is smooth and natural from the side, 45-degree angle, and front view.
