# Current Condition

• Experiencing discomfort due to sagging eyelid skin
• Under-eye fat is bulging, making the face look tired

* Consultation

• The patient visited the clinic planning surgery due to sagging and hollowing of the upper eyelids, as well as bulging and wrinkles under the eyes.
• Since the distance between the eyebrows and eyes is favorable and there is slight hollowing in the eyelid area, a sub-brow lift was planned.
• Regarding the under-eye area, since skin sagging was not severe, we decided to approach through the conjunctiva to reposition the bulging fat pockets without excising any skin.
• Additionally, to alleviate the tear trough, a PRP injection was planned to regenerate the dermis.

• By repositioning the under-eye fat, we addressed the bulging while simultaneously using PRP injections to aid skin regeneration and improve the sunken appearance under the eyes.
