# Her biggest concerns were sagging eyelids and glabellar (frown) lines. Since the forehead and eyes cannot be considered separately, we decided to perform an endoscopic forehead lift to resolve the eyelid sagging and create a more refreshed impression.

# As thin double eyelid lines suited her well, we decided to create the lines using the natural adhesion method.

1. By securing space between the eyebrows and eyes through the forehead lift, the overall impression looks much brighter compared to before, and clear double eyelid lines were formed. Additionally, as forehead and glabellar wrinkles are smoothed out, the forehead contour becomes softer and more aesthetically pleasing.

2. In lower blepharoplasty, the orbicularis oculi muscle suspension must be firmly fixed to prevent ectropion (eyelid turning outward) or easy recurrence.

3. Natural results are the most important factor in anti-aging surgery. If the change in impression before and after surgery is too drastic, it can be overwhelming and difficult for the patient to adjust to!
