Revision Rhinoplasty Case: Correcting Dragon Nose and Long Nose Types

Hello. This is VIBE Plastic Surgery.^^

Today, we would like to share the before and after results of a revision rhinoplasty for a patient with both a ‘dragon nose’ (flared nostrils) and a long nose type.

The patient previously had their first rhinoplasty at another clinic, which resulted in an elongated nose and highly visible nostrils resembling a dragon nose, causing them significant concern.

For this revision, silicone, septal cartilage, and donated rib cartilage were used to simultaneously correct the dragon nose and the excessive length.

Shall we take a look at the front, 45-degree, and profile photos from before the surgery and at the 8-month mark😊?
