Fat in the double chin area is

notoriously difficult to lose.

In such cases,

we access the area through inconspicuous points

under the chin and behind the ears

to perform liposuction on the double chin fat.

Those with excess fat along the jawline

often look like they have sagging skin or a ‘grumpy’ expression,

giving the face a heavy appearance.

In these instances,

liposuction is performed through access points

near the corners of the mouth or behind the ears.

Buccal fat literally refers to

deep cheek fat.

It does not refer to the fat

allows for a faster and safer

can make the skin appear thinner and the sagging more prominent,

much like a balloon that has deflated and become wrinkled.

consult thoroughly with medical staff regarding skin sagging

before proceeding.

For a double chin,

we can estimate the amount of fat

by evaluating the thickness of the skin felt

when the chin is tucked as much as possible.

For buccal fat,

since knowing the exact location is crucial,

Using this guideline,

we align it with the cheekbones, mouth, jaw muscles, and jawline.

all utilize ultrasound energy.
