A case study of a patient in her 30s who improved a fierce impression and sunken under-eyes through an endoscopic forehead lift and lower blepharoplasty revision.
* Basic Information
# Female in her 30s
# History of double eyelid surgery & under-eye fat repositioning at another clinic several years ago (+)
# Primary Complaints: ‘I like the high out-line shape of my double eyelids, but since the surgery, my eyebrows have dropped, making my impression look strong and fierce. Also, I had under-eye fat repositioning before, but it looks too sunken now, which is stressful.’

# The patient visited because she was dissatisfied with the narrow gap between her eyebrows and eyes after double eyelid surgery, the bulging appearance in that area, and the resulting fierce impression. The forehead and eyes cannot be considered separately. An ideal eye shape is achieved only when there is harmony between these two areas. Therefore, we planned an endoscopic forehead lift to ensure the eyebrows are positioned in an ideal shape and location.
# It appears that too much fat was removed during the previous under-eye fat repositioning. We planned to perform a lower blepharoplasty revision along with under-eye fat grafting.

1. As the bulging of the eyelids and the shape of the eyebrows improved, the previously fierce impression became much softer!
2. When undergoing double eyelid surgery, if it is expected that the eyebrows will drop based on eye-opening habits and muscle strength, an endoscopic forehead lift can be a great help.
3. Since the forehead muscles are relaxed, the forehead volume fills out naturally, giving you a beautiful forehead as a bonus!
4. If too much fat is removed during under-eye fat repositioning, the area can look sunken and make you appear more tired. In such cases, under-eye fat grafting is very effective!
