Asymmetrical Double Eyelid Lines: Can Revision Surgery Fix Them?
A case study of a patient who underwent a third eyelid revision surgery at VIBE Plastic Surgery to correct asymmetry, scarring, and a ‘sausage’ eyelid look.

Hello. This is VIBE Plastic Surgery.
Today, we would like to share a surgical case of a patient who underwent their third eye surgery.
The patient’s first eye surgery involved natural adhesion, epicanthoplasty, and lateral canthoplasty. The second surgery was a partial incision ptosis correction.
However, as time passed, the double eyelid lines became asymmetrical, and visible scarring remained. In particular, the left eye was a major concern as it appeared high and puffy, often referred to as a ‘sausage eye’.
To improve these issues, the patient underwent a third surgery using the incisional method at VIBE Plastic Surgery. Let’s take a look at the differences before and after the procedure!
