1. The patient previously underwent non-incisional tip cartilage tying, but the tip did not become as sharp as expected. She visited our clinic because the nasal tip had become blunt over time.
2. Expressing dissatisfaction with the overall profile, we planned to transform the line from the bridge to the tip into a sharp and sophisticated ‘straight-semi-curved’ (Jik-ban) line.
