No-Implant Rhinoplasty (Hump Nose, Deviated Nose)
A case study of a 20-year-old female achieving a natural profile through no-implant rhinoplasty and forehead fat grafting.

* Basic Information
# Female in her 20s
# Uneven and deviated nose due to a nasal hump
# Flat forehead that appears to slant backward
* Consultation
1. The patient wanted to improve the uneven side profile caused by a hump and a drooping nasal tip that lacked a sleek, straight line. The nose was also deviated from the septum to the tip. These nasal features can contribute to an aged appearance and a stubborn impression.
2. Since the forehead lacked volume and appeared slanted, we planned a forehead fat grafting procedure simultaneously.
3. As the bridge of the nose was already sufficiently high, we planned the surgery using a no-implant technique.
* Surgical Plan
1. Bridge Rhinoplasty
- Hump correction
- No-implant technique
2. Tip Rhinoplasty
- Septal extension graft
- Deviated nose correction
3. Forehead Fat Grafting

* Post-Operative Progress
1. By refining the hump, a smooth yet sharp nasal profile was achieved.
2. When the bridge is already high enough, a natural nasal line can be created without the use of artificial implants.
3. If forehead volume is lacking, the line connecting to the nose can make the face appear longer. In such cases, creating volume through forehead fat grafting helps achieve a much more natural and ideally proportioned nasal shape.
