# The patient visited us because the outer corners of her eyes were slanted and closed off, creating a stuffy and sharp impression. We planned to use Vibe Plastic Surgery’s signature canthoplasty, ‘Mango Canthoplasty,’ to gently lower the corners and create a more open, refreshed look.

# While this condition is commonly referred to as ‘dark circles,’ the medically accurate term is ‘tear trough deformity.’ To avoid visible scarring, we planned to access the area through the conjunctiva (the red tissue inside the eyelid) to reposition the protruding fat. We also decided to use PRP injections to regenerate the dermis and improve the overall skin tone.
