Achieving a Softer Impression with Endoscopic Forehead Lift by Dr. Young-moon Yoo of VIBE Plastic Surgery
A case study of a female patient in her 30s who achieved a softer, more youthful look through an endoscopic forehead lift after a previous eyelid surgery left her with a harsh impression.

* Basic Information
# Female in her 30s
# History of incisional ptosis correction at another clinic several years ago
# Primary Concerns: ‘Since the surgery, my eyebrows have dropped, making my impression look harsh and fierce. My forehead also looks uneven because of glabellar wrinkles.. T_T’
* Consultation
# The patient visited the clinic because she was dissatisfied with the very narrow and bulging space between her eyebrows and eyes after double eyelid surgery, which gave her a fierce appearance.
# The forehead and eyes cannot be considered separately. An ideal eye shape can only be achieved when there is harmony between these two areas.
# Therefore, an endoscopic forehead lift was planned to reposition the eyebrows to an ideal shape and location while relaxing the strong glabellar (frown) muscles.
* Plan
# Endoscopic Forehead Lift

* Post-operative Progress
1. As the puffiness of the upper eyelids and the shape of the eyebrows improved, the previously fierce impression became much softer!
2. When undergoing double eyelid surgery, if it is expected that the eyebrows will drop after surgery based on eye-opening habits and strength, an endoscopic forehead lift can be of great help.
3. Since the forehead muscles are relaxed, the forehead volume appears fuller, giving you a beautiful forehead as an added bonus!
Consultations and surgeries should be performed by a board-certified plastic surgeon!
