- The primary concern was that the nose was low and short.
- Due to a protruding mouth structure, the nose appeared relatively shorter than it actually was.
- Fortunately, the septal cartilage had sufficient size and strength. However, because the skin was tight with little elasticity, the plan was to raise the nose using only autologous cartilage without overextending the tissues.

- Luckily, the septum was straight and had enough size and strength, allowing for a satisfying result using autologous cartilage. As expected, the skin lacked elasticity, so the surgery focused on the line and shape without pushing the limits of the skin.
- By raising and lengthening the low, short nose, we achieved a ‘two birds with one stone’ effect where the relatively protruding mouth structure also appeared significantly improved.
