大雙眼皮、高雙眼皮、高褶皺（第二部分：自然放大）

今天，我將延續「大雙眼皮、高雙眼皮、高褶皺 第一部分：災難的開始」，為大家講解第二部分：如何自然地放大雙眼皮。

一般來說，「雙眼皮很大」是指睜開眼睛時雙眼皮線條明顯，而不是指閉上眼睛時雙眼皮的高度很高。

大雙眼皮 ≠ 高雙眼皮

對於擁有像內雙一樣低雙眼皮的人來說，如果想讓雙眼皮變大，大多數人會認為需要提高雙眼皮的高度。然而，盲目提高雙眼皮高度可能會導致眼睛看起來像香腸一樣浮腫，同時顯得無精打采，這並不是一種值得推薦的美容方法。

正如第一部分所說，高雙眼皮在許多方面弊大於利。那麼，有沒有什麼方法可以在不高雙眼皮的情況下，做出大雙眼皮呢？

1) 內視鏡提眉術

這是一種透過頭皮上3至5個小切口，利用內視鏡將額頭和眉毛從額骨上整體分離並向上提拉的手術。大致效果可以透過用手向上提拉自己的額頭來感受。這種方法特別適用於眼睛和眉毛之間距離較近的人。

用手指向上提拉額頭，可以大致預估手術後的效果。

2) 眉下切除術 / 眉下提拉術

如果在眉毛正下方而非雙眼皮線處切除皮膚，覆蓋雙眼皮的皮膚會減少，從而使雙眼皮變大。這意味著即使不提高雙眼皮的高度，雙眼皮也能變大。這種手術適用於需要切除大量皮膚或不希望眼型有太大改變的情況。

用線將眉毛下方要切除的皮膚向上提拉，就可以看到雙眼皮變大的效果。

3) 切開式雙眼皮手術

並非將雙眼皮線設定得很高，而是切除雙眼皮線上方更多的皮膚，可以使雙眼皮看起來更大。這種手術適用於眼睛和眉毛距離適中、需要切除的皮膚不多、皮膚不厚且上眼瞼沒有明顯浮腫的情況。

如果提拉的是眼瞼而非額頭，可以預估切開式雙眼皮手術後的效果。

放大雙眼皮的方法有：

1) 內視鏡提眉術

2) 眉下切除術 / 眉下提拉術

3) 切開式雙眼皮手術

4) 提高雙眼皮線高度

等多種方法，但我希望強調的是，除了盲目提高雙眼皮線高度之外，還有其他替代方案。

Today i would like to talk about how to make big double fold of eyelid without compromise the function of upper eyelid. Usual patient who visit my clinic for bigger double fold ask to increase double fold height, but that is just one of the option for bigger double fold. Because double fold height which patient mentioned is the height wich is exposured when eye opening, not real height when eye closing.

1)Endoscopic brow(forehead) lift

As you see above 1st photo & video, brow lift can exposure more double fold without fold surgery. You can estimate surgery result with lifting your forehead with your finger.

2)Sub-brow excision

The 2nd photo & video show excision skin width. This surgery get rid of remnant skin of eyelid just below eyebrow, so it is favorable to people who has skin drooping. You can estimate surgery result with wire pinch.

3)Open double fold surgery (not barried method)

The 3rd photo & video show design and simulation of surgery. It can remove slight remnant skin of eyelid, and exposure more double fold without fold height modification.

4)Increase actual fold height with various methods

Excessive fold height increase can make disaster, so this surgery must considered after close consultation with your surgeon.

So, what i want to say is that there are various skills to exposure your double fold bigger without actual fold height increase.
