The case I am introducing today is about a patient in her early 20s who already had very lovely and distinct features but desired a softer and more sophisticated image.

In this surgery, we were able to complete a more lovely and harmonious face through the following complex approaches:

👁 Changing the impression of the eyes: Non-incisional ptosis correction + Lateral & Lower Canthoplasty

This patient had naturally large and attractive eyes, but her concerns were slightly drooping eyelids and an outer corner that made her eyes look somewhat closed off.

✔ Through non-incisional ptosis correction, we defined the double eyelid line and strengthened the eye-opening muscles to create a clearer gaze.

✔ Through lateral and lower canthoplasty, we expanded the eyes horizontally and vertically, completing an overall more refreshed and attractive impression.

💡 The advantage is that the eyes can be improved to look clear and soft without incisions, resulting in less burden and faster recovery.

👃 Rhinoplasty using autologous rib cartilage to solve ‘bulbous nose, deviated nose, and drooping columella’ all at once

The nose is the center of the face and a key factor in one’s impression. This patient had a bulbous nose shape, a slightly deviated bridge, and a columella that drooped downward. In particular, her biggest concern was that the tip of her nose looked wide and blunt.

✔ Through rhinoplasty using autologous rib cartilage:

The nose tip was raised and refined to be narrow and sophisticated.

The deviated bridge was aligned straight.

The downward-drooping columella was corrected.

💡 Autologous rib cartilage has excellent strength and support, making it advantageous for long-lasting nose tip improvement, and it can be used safely without foreign materials.

💉 Facial liposuction + Buccal fat removal for a slim contour

Since the face had a generally chubby impression, procedures to further refine the contour were necessary.

✔ Through buccal fat removal and facial liposuction:

Excess fat in the cheeks and jawline was reduced.

The facial line was organized to be slim.

💗 Full-face fat grafting – Adding volume and vitality

✔ We proceeded with full-face fat grafting together.

By naturally grafting fat into the sunken forehead, front cheeks, under the eyes, and around the nasolabial folds,

we completed a youthful image full of volume and vitality.
