Today, we are sharing a surgical case of a patient with a crooked nose and a bulbous nose type.

Prior to surgery, this patient had undergone alar reduction and Hiko (thread lift), but decided to undergo rhinoplasty at VIBE to achieve even better results.

The patient preferred a ‘natural yet glamorous’ straight-semi-basal (Jik-ban) style. We enhanced the bridge and tip using donated rib cartilage, septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and silicone.
