Hiko Threads Won’t Fix a Bulbous Nose! Correct Severe Bulbous Noses at VIBE Plastic Surgery!!

# Has a severely blunt, bulbous nose.
# Received filler and Hiko thread lifting 2 months ago, but is unsatisfied with the results :(
* Consultation
# The patient visited our clinic because she was unhappy with the results of her previous filler and Hiko thread procedures!
# Hiko thread procedures are not effective for correcting a severely bulbous nose or making it look slim... Consequently, many patients end up seeking surgery after being disappointed with the results of such procedures.
# We concluded that a satisfying nasal line could be achieved by refining the blunt tip while raising the bridge.
# We planned to reduce the drooping alae (nostrils) through excision.

# Dissolve fillers and remove foreign substances (Hiko threads)

# The surgery was performed while simultaneously removing the filler and Hiko threads. Since the Hiko threads were located very close to the skin surface, the surgery was quite challenging. Removing threads can thin the skin and cause irregularities :( So please, I urge you, do not get thread lifts in your nose!!
# We focused on correcting the bulbous nose to create a more sophisticated look!
# Before surgery, the tip was drooping and the columella appeared retracted, right? By using the nasal septum and donated costal cartilage, we brought out the columella. This improved the nasolabial angle, making the line from the nose to the philtrum much more refined and beautiful.
# I will say it once more: Hiko thread procedures are not effective for slimming or correcting a severely bulbous nose. Please keep this in mind!!
