Hiko and Filler Nose! A Case of Revision Rhinoplasty

Today, we would like to share a case of a patient who previously enhanced their nose with non-surgical procedures and eventually decided to undergo rhinoplasty at our clinic.

The patient had received Hiko (thread lift) and fillers about four months prior to the surgery date. They desired a nose line somewhere between a ‘straight’ and ‘semi-curved’ (straight-ovolo) profile.

First, we removed the foreign substances used during the previous procedures. Then, we raised the nasal bridge and tip using silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage.
