Lower Blepharoplasty
A man in his 60s with severely sagging under-eye skin and prominent fat underwent lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning, achieving a smooth result without ectropion.

* Basic Information
· Gender / Age: Male in his 60s
· Under-eye fat: Severely prominent
· Skin condition: Severely sagging with many wrinkles / Thin skin / Reduced elasticity
· Chief complaint: 'The under-eye skin sags badly, and the prominent fat makes me look tired and unpleasant.'
* Consultation
· This 60-year-old gentleman visited us accompanied by his child, concerned about prominent under-eye fat and sagging skin.
· We will improve the under-eye area through fat repositioning and removal of excess sagging skin to achieve a cleaner, more refreshed appearance.
· Given his significantly reduced skin elasticity, the risk of ectropion (lower eyelid eversion) is high. Aggressive skin excision must absolutely be avoided.
* Treatment Plan
Lower Blepharoplasty

* Post-operative Progress
· Fortunately, fat repositioning fully resolved the prominent appearance without any ectropion, resulting in a smooth, refined under-eye area.
