Fix-up Ptosis Correction (Endoscopic Forehead Lift + Partial Incision Ptosis Correction)
A case study of a 40s female patient achieving natural, refreshed eyes through a combined endoscopic forehead lift and partial incision ptosis correction.

* Basic Information
# Female in her 40s
# Eye-opening strength: Slightly weak
# Skin thickness: Thick
# Eyelids: Bulging due to excessive fat
# Primary complaints & goals: My eyes aren’t small, but they always look swollen because of the thick skin and fat on the eyelids. I want a natural crease without a drastic change in my impression.
* Consultation
# In cases where the skin is thick and fatty, performing only a ‘ptosis correction’ can cause the eyebrows (which were previously raised to help open the eyes) to drop significantly. This carries the risk of making the eyelids look even more bulging and the overall impression too heavy or burdensome after surgery.
# Therefore, it is advisable to perform an endoscopic forehead lift simultaneously to ensure the eyebrows remain in an ideal position after the procedure.
# The forehead and eyes cannot be considered separately. Ideal eye shapes are achieved only when there is harmony between these two areas!
# By using the partial incision ptosis correction method, we can achieve stronger adhesion than non-incisional methods and remove fat at the same time, resulting in a much more refreshed appearance.

: Endoscopic Forehead Lift + Partial Incision Ptosis Correction

* Post-operative Progress
1. What is the first change you notice? Even though a natural double eyelid has been created, the eyelids do not look bulging at all, right? Instead, a very clean and refreshed line has been formed that looks even lighter than before the surgery.
2. Notice how the unevenness between the eyebrows and forehead has disappeared? It looks as if fat grafting and Botox were performed! Simply releasing the muscles that hold the eyebrows tightly during a forehead lift can improve the forehead contour this beautifully!
