Achieving a Dimensional Face with Rhinoplasty and Full-Face Fat Grafting!

Today, we would like to share a case of a patient who underwent short nose rhinoplasty and full-face fat grafting.

The patient previously had fillers, but since the forehead was only convex in the center, we recommended dissolving the existing filler before proceeding. Regarding the nose, it was a typical ‘short nose’ type where the tip appeared upturned, so we focused on correcting the length and angle.

The procedure included full-face fat grafting to restore volume, while the rhinoplasty utilized silicone, ear cartilage, and septal cartilage to correct the short nose.

As a result, the short nose was improved, and the previously flat facial volume was enhanced. This led to a much softer impression and more dimensional facial features!

Now, let’s take a look at the before and after differences of today’s patient.
