Male Rhinoplasty Case Study: Achieving a Masculine Straight Profile
A case study of male rhinoplasty addressing a bulbous tip and humped nose to create a sharp, masculine straight profile using donated rib cartilage and silicone.

Hello. This is VIBE Plastic Surgery.
Today, we would like to share a case study of male rhinoplasty.
Before the surgery, the patient had a bulbous tip and a humped nose (humped bridge), and had previously received nose fillers.
His preferred aesthetic was a masculine nose with a straight profile.
The surgery was performed while carefully considering the patient’s specific needs.
First, the existing fillers in the nose were dissolved. Then, humped nose correction, osteotomy, and bulbous tip correction were performed. The materials used included donated rib cartilage, septal cartilage, ear cartilage, and silicone.
By correcting the bulbous tip and the hump, we achieved a much cleaner and sharper straight nasal line.
Shall we take a look at the before and after photos taken from various angles?
