Naturalness is Key in Middle-Aged Eye Surgery! Upper Blepharoplasty (Revision)
A case study of a 50s female patient who achieved natural, youthful eyes through upper blepharoplasty revision, correcting sagging and asymmetry.

* Basic Information
# Female in her 50s
# History of non-incisional double eyelid surgery decades ago; however, the lines have unraveled and the skin has sagged, covering the original folds.
* Consultation
# There is significant sagging, and the distance between the eyebrows and eyes is relatively narrow. Fortunately, because the skin is thin, creating a new double eyelid fold will not result in an overly harsh or aggressive impression.
# In middle-aged eye surgery, naturalness is the most important factor! It can be burdensome if the surgical results look too obvious.
# We planned to resolve the sagging while creating symmetrical double eyelids through a revision upper blepharoplasty.
* Plan
# Upper Blepharoplasty (Revision)

* Post-operative Progress
# To be honest, the results turned out even better than I had anticipated!
# Even though a significant amount of sagging skin was removed, the thinness of the skin prevented a heavy or unnatural look.
# This was a very satisfying case where revision upper blepharoplasty resulted in eyes that look both natural and larger.
