The implant was inserted too far down toward the nasal tip,

The starting point of the implant was too high and thick, giving the face a masculine impression, and the bridge of the nose was crooked.

👉 Revision Surgery Plan

The focus of this surgery was on restoring a natural, harmonious, and feminine nasal line.

• Restoration of the pressed nasal tip cartilage
• Correction of the drooping columella and reinforcement of support
• Supplementing thinned skin (utilizing dermis grafting)

👉 Issues Identified During Surgery & Correction

The existing implant had been excessively inserted into the nasal tip, causing severe cartilage compression; we restored the cartilage shape as close to normal as possible.

A sturdy new support structure for the nasal tip was created to stably correct the tip and the drooping columella.

Additionally, all existing scar tissue was removed, and anti-scarring agents were used for irrigation and prevention of recurrence.

The thinned skin was reinforced by increasing the thickness of the nasal tip skin through dermis grafting.

After the surgery, all nasal tip deformations caused by the previous implant were resolved, and an ideal nasal tip line was achieved.

The nasal bridge correction transformed her image into a soft and feminine one, and the overall impression showed a much more sophisticated and natural result.
