# Current Status & Requirements: The patient has heavy eyelids with excess fat, making the eyes look stuffy. She desires clearer and larger eyes.

# Since her eyes have a high probability of the fold loosening, we planned to create a defined line while removing eyelid fat through an incision.
# As the left eye appeared more closed off, a unilateral epicanthoplasty was planned for the left side only.
