Incisional Ptosis Correction (Revision Surgery)
A case study of a female patient in her 20s who underwent incisional ptosis correction to fix asymmetry and loose eyelid folds from a previous non-incisional surgery.

* Basic Information
# Female in her 20s
# History: Non-incisional ptosis correction & epicanthoplasty/lateral-hotz several years ago (+)
# Main Complaints & Goals: ‘The lines have loosened and are asymmetrical. I want clear, defined lines.’
* Consultation
# The double eyelid lines have become loose and are covered by skin, making them invisible. The patient desires a more distinct line through revision surgery.
# To remove scar tissue from the previous surgery and create clear, symmetrical lines that will not loosen, we decided to proceed with an incisional revision surgery.
* Plan
# Incisional Ptosis Correction (Revision)

* Post-operative Progress
# By correcting the ptosis asymmetry, clear double eyelid lines were achieved.
# Performing revision surgery using the incisional method has the advantage of removing scar tissue from previous surgeries and ensuring a secure fixation.
