# Primary complaints & goals: Had incisional double eyelid surgery several years ago, but the lines have completely unraveled and loosened. Even before unraveling, they were hidden ‘inner’ double eyelids; because the lines were so thin, the eyes didn’t look larger and appeared sharp, which was unsatisfying. This time, the patient wants the double eyelid lines to be higher and more distinct, and for the eyes to look larger.

# Due to deep-set eyes combined with weak eye-opening strength, the lines have unraveled, making the eyes look small and sharp.

# While many men prefer a ‘monolid’ or ‘inner double eyelid’ look, there are many cases like this patient where a clearly visible double eyelid is desired to achieve larger eyes and a softer impression.

# The inner and outer corners of the eyes appear closed off and stifling. We planned to open them up refreshingly using Vibe’s signature ‘Mango Canthoplasty’.

# Since small eyes were a source of stress, we planned the lines to be sufficiently visible. While some men prefer monolids, many find that visible double eyelids suit them well—especially this patient, who specifically requested a more definitive result after being dissatisfied with inner double eyelids from his first surgery.

# Even with lateral and lowering canthoplasty, natural results are possible without scarring, excessive exposure of the red mucosa, or relapse. ^^
