Incisional Ptosis Correction

Male in his 20s with weak eyelid strength and thick skin underwent incisional ptosis correction; results at 2 months show a refined, natural look.

Incisional Ptosis Correction

* Basic Information

· Male in his 20s

· Eyelid-opening strength: Very weak

· Skin thickness: Relatively thick

· Skin drooping: Approximately 4–5 mm

· Inner corner: Feels blocked and pointed

· Main concern: Eyes look sleepy and heavy

* Consultation

1. The eyelid-opening strength is very weak. Even when asked to open the eyes with full effort, the muscle engagement is minimal. Satisfactory results from non-incisional ptosis correction alone would be difficult to expect.

2. When a rod was used to estimate the crease line, the extent of skin drooping was significant enough to obscure the eye, making adequate surgical results unlikely. Given the relatively thick skin, there is also a high likelihood the result would loosen quickly.

2 Months Post-Surgery

* Post-Operative Progress

Looking more refined and refreshed :) Once the swelling subsides a bit more, a natural, understated crease line is expected to emerge.
