# Although the patient is middle-aged, her eyelid opening strength is good and skin thickness is appropriate, so we planned for natural adhesion double eyelid surgery.

# Using ultrasound, subcutaneous fat can be finely broken down. (Think of it as turning ‘orange pulp’ into ‘orange juice’.) This allows the fat to be squeezed out through tiny openings or removed effectively using only a small cannula.

# In cases with minimal sagging, natural adhesion double eyelid surgery alone can easily resolve the issue.

# ‘LipoSound’ can be understood as equipment that uses ultrasound to emulsify fat. Because it liquefies fat particles—like turning orange pulp into juice—it offers several benefits:

1. It is much smoother—fat can be squeezed out like water without applying great force, and it can be suctioned using only a small cannula. Therefore, there is much less irritation, leading to faster recovery from bruising and swelling. Consequently, ‘bio-bond’ (post-surgical adhesions) is also significantly reduced. 2. Since ultrasound is applied beneath the dermis, there is less skin sagging after the procedure, and additional skin elasticity and tightening effects can be achieved.

# About two weeks after surgery, you may feel discomfort due to the formation of bio-bonds. During this time, applying warm compresses and stretching will help them resolve faster. Please note that we also provide injections to help dissolve them during the one-month follow-up!

I received non-incisional double eyelid surgery, V-line jawline liposuction, Botox for glabellar/forehead wrinkles, chin filler, and thread lifting at VIBE Plastic Surgery. Before the surgery, my eyelids were starting to sag, causing tears to pool and the skin to become sore, so I came in for a consultation. Dr. Yoo Young-moon suggested that just a slight non-incisional adjustment to my original line would make things much more comfortable, so I went ahead with the surgery. Now that a month has passed, the swelling has gone down significantly, and the tearing and soreness have disappeared, which is so convenient. For the facial liposuction, there was a slight bio-bond phenomenon after surgery, but now both the swelling and bio-bonds have resolved much more than immediately after the procedure, and the line is gradually appearing. I’m looking forward to even better results as more time passes. For the thread lift, two threads were inserted on each side. I felt almost no discomfort in muscle movement after the procedure, and as the liposuction swelling fades, I expect the lifting effect to become even more visible. I am already satisfied with the results. Although the final line hasn’t fully emerged yet, I’m very happy that the double chin under my jaw has largely disappeared.
