Therefore, if the area still looks bulged or blunt after liposuction, it is likely due to this deep fat. This fat must be removed by making an incision in the muscle and directly visualizing it!

B. Muscle

# In some cases, the platysma muscle itself may be sagging. This can be congenital or a result of the natural aging process.
