# Medical History: Double jaw surgery (+), repeated nose filler and Hiko (thread lift) procedures

# Current Condition: Her main concern was the nasal tip, which had widened and drooped like an ‘arrow nose’ following her double jaw surgery.

* Consultation

# She mentioned that despite repeated filler and Hiko treatments, she was always dissatisfied with her nasal tip.

# Furthermore, because she had undergone double jaw surgery, the base of the columella had weakened, causing the nasal tip to spread and droop even further.

# We planned to use rib cartilage to build a sturdy foundation and elevate the nasal tip.

Bridge Rhinoplasty (Dissolving filler & removing Hiko threads, followed by an implant)

Tip Rhinoplasty (Bulbous nose and arrow nose correction)

* Intraoperative & Postoperative Findings

# Due to the double jaw surgery, there were severe mucosal adhesions and scar tissue, which were cleanly dissected.

# The nasal septum was severely deviated, so we reconstructed it using rib cartilage.

# By making the previously wide and drooping nasal tip more defined and upright, the patient achieved a much more youthful look. It was a very satisfying case :)
