Can my plain-looking nose achieve a glamorous transformation? Absolutely! VIBE Plastic Surgery :D
A 20s female patient achieves a sophisticated, glamorous nose transformation through bulbous nose correction and nasolabial angle adjustment at VIBE Plastic Surgery.

* Patient Information
# Female in her 20s
# Her nose looked ‘plain’ to her, so she received fillers and Hiko (thread lift) procedures about 4 times, but she was still unsatisfied :(
* Consultation
# This patient was concerned about her nose looking flat and plain. Despite multiple filler and Hiko treatments, she wasn’t very happy with the results.
# We decided to dissolve the fillers before surgery and remove any Hiko threads found during the procedure.
# We planned to correct the blunt tip (bulbous nose) to create a more sophisticated nose line.
* Surgical Plan
# Dissolve fillers
# Remove foreign substances
# Bulbous nose & nasolabial angle correction

* Post-operative Progress
# There are several types of bulbous noses: 1. Thick skin, 2. Thick soft tissue (subcutaneous fat, etc.), 3. Splayed and wide cartilage. Since these factors usually occur in combination, it is best to correct each factor appropriately. We sculpted the skin and soft tissue to make them thinner and refined the cartilage to create a sharp, sleek shape.
# We achieved the ideal nasal tip angle. The nasolabial angle must be well-defined for the tip to look much more projected. The importance of the nasolabial angle cannot be overemphasized! We also created a naturally rounded columella, avoiding a flat or ‘chopped’ appearance.
# Now that the bulbous nose is corrected, her overall impression has changed to look much more sophisticated! I am glad the desired nose shape harmonizes well with her entire face. ^^
