Non-Incisional Ptosis Correction
A case study of a female patient in her 20s who achieved symmetrical, natural-looking eyes through non-incisional ptosis correction despite congenital muscle weakness.

* Basic Information
# Female in her 20s
# Eye-opening strength: The left eye is congenitally very weak
# Skin thickness: Moderate
# Requirements: Natural and symmetrical double eyelids
* Consultation
# The patient desired to improve an asymmetrical impression caused by exceptionally weak opening strength in the left eye.
# Due to the severe asymmetry, incisional ptosis correction was recommended. However, the patient preferred a shorter recovery period, so we decided to proceed with non-incisional ptosis correction. We provided a thorough explanation that the correction of asymmetry might be less complete with this method.
# The plan was to create a natural line that suits the face without being excessive.
* Plan
# Non-incisional ptosis correction

* Post-Operative Progress
# During the ptosis correction, the amount of correction was adjusted differently for each side, with more correction applied to the left eye.
# Despite using the non-incisional method, the correction turned out better than expected, significantly improving the bilateral symmetry.
# The symmetry has improved, resulting in a natural and clear impression.
