Bulbous Nose + Hump Nose + Long Nose Correction Before & After

Today, we would like to share a rhinoplasty case of a female patient with a bulbous nose, a dorsal hump, and a long nose profile.

Additionally, this patient originally had a low nasal bridge and tip.

For the materials, silicone was used for the bridge, while ear cartilage and septal cartilage were used for the nasal tip.

Since the size of her septal cartilage was sufficient, we were able to proceed without using additional donated rib cartilage.
