VIBE Plastic Surgery's Natural yet Glamorous Bulbous Nose Rhinoplasty :)
A case study of a 20s female patient who achieved a refined, glamorous look through bulbous nose correction and bridge enhancement at VIBE Plastic Surgery.

* Basic Information
# Female in her 20s
# Previously tried fillers and Hiko (thread lifts) but was unsatisfied with the results.
# Low nasal bridge and a blunt, bulbous nose (especially thick skin)
* Consultation
# The patient desired improvement for her low bridge and blunt tip. She mentioned that previous filler and Hiko treatments did not provide the satisfaction she was looking for.
# Pre-operative CT scans showed a straight septum with sufficient size. We decided to raise the nasal tip using a septal extension graft and enhance the bridge using a silicone implant.
# Since raising the nasal tip alone would sufficiently improve the wide alar appearance, we decided not to perform an alar reduction.
* Surgical Plan
# Rhinoplasty (Silicone implant, hump correction, osteotomy)
# Tip Plasty (Bulbous nose correction, nasolabial angle correction)

Selfie 2 months after surgery
* Post-operative Progress
# There are various types of bulbous noses: 1. Thick skin, 2. Thick soft tissue (subcutaneous fat, etc.), 3. Spreading and wide cartilage. Since these factors usually occur in combination, it is best to correct each factor appropriately. We sculpted the skin and soft tissue to make them thinner and refined the cartilage to create a sleek shape.
# We achieved the ideal nasal tip angle. The tip looks much more defined when the nasolabial angle is properly addressed. The importance of the nasolabial angle cannot be overemphasized!
# A ‘Jaryeo-han’ (natural + glamorous) nose line was completed, transforming her overall impression into a more sophisticated one!
Consultations and surgeries should be performed by a board-certified plastic surgeon!
