VIBE Plastic Surgery: No-Implant Rhinoplasty
A case study of a 30s female patient who achieved a feminine, refined look through no-implant rhinoplasty, correcting a drooping tip and dorsal hump.

* Basic Information
# Female in her 30s
# Drooping and bulbous nasal tip
# Overall large nose with a masculine appearance
* Consultation
1. The patient wanted to address the masculine impression caused by a nose that was large and had overly strong lines compared to her face. We planned to create a feminine look through a ‘straight-semi-curved’ (Jik-ban) profile.
2. Since the nasal bridge was sufficiently high, we determined it was best not to use implants and planned a no-implant rhinoplasty.
* Surgical Plan
1. Bridge Rhinoplasty
- Hump correction
- Osteotomy
- No-implant
2. Tip Rhinoplasty
- Septal cartilage: Septal extension graft
- Bulbous nose and long nose correction

Selfie 3 months after surgery
* Post-operative Progress
1. The post-operative results show a natural yet well-defined nasal tip.
2. By correcting the dorsal hump, a feminine and sophisticated nose was achieved, resulting in high patient satisfaction.
3. In cases where the bridge is already high enough, a natural nasal line can be created without the use of implants.
