* Consultation
1. Her primary concern was that her nose appeared large due to a blunt and wide nose tip.
2. She had previously tried fillers, but was dissatisfied as they made the nose look even ‘fatter’.
3. She also wanted to improve the uneven side profile caused by a dorsal hump.
4. Since the bridge of her nose was not low, we planned for an implant-free surgery.
5. As the nostrils appeared wide, we decided to include alar reduction for improvement.
