VIBE Plastic Surgery: 3rd Rhinoplasty Revision Case
A 30-year-old female patient successfully underwent her 3rd rhinoplasty revision at VIBE Plastic Surgery to correct a drooping, long, and deviated nasal tip.

* Basic Information
# Female in her 30s
# Medical History: Two previous rhinoplasty surgeries using silicone and ear cartilage several years ago.
# Chief Complaint: The nasal tip is gradually drooping and appearing longer.
* Consultation
# After undergoing rhinoplasty with silicone and ear cartilage, the patient was dissatisfied with the shape and had a revision. However, the nasal tip remained long and droopy, which was her biggest stress as it made her look older than her actual age.
# ‘The tip of my nose also seems to be gradually deviating.’
# We planned to create a shorter nose than the current one, but with an ideal nasolabial angle that does not look too upturned.
* Surgical Plan
# Rhinoplasty (Nasal Bridge)
# Tip Plasty
- Correction of long nose & deviated nose

* Post-operative Progress
1. In the post-operative results, a sharp straight-semi-curved nasal tip was achieved without showing too much of the nostrils (as requested).
2. The patient was very satisfied as the sophisticated yet natural elevation of the nasal tip created a more youthful appearance.
