The Effects of VIBE LipoSound!
Discover how LipoSound ultrasound liposuction effectively removes stubborn double chin fat with minimal downtime and skin tightening benefits.

* Patient Profile
# Female in her 20s
# Stubborn double chin fat that persists despite consistent dieting
* Consultation
# By using ultrasound, we can break down subcutaneous fat into fine particles. (Think of it as turning ‘orange pulp’ into ‘orange juice.’) This allows the fat to be extracted through tiny openings, and because it can be removed using a very small cannula, the procedure is highly effective.

The Principles of LipoSound
# ‘LipoSound’ is a device that uses ultrasound to emulsify fat. It liquefies fat particles—which are normally like orange pulp—into a juice-like state.
1. It is much smoother – fat can be squeezed out like water without applying great force, and it can be suctioned using only a small cannula. Consequently, there is less irritation, leading to faster recovery from bruising and swelling. It also significantly reduces ‘bio-bonds’ (post-surgical adhesions).
2. Because ultrasound is emitted beneath the dermis, there is less skin sagging after the procedure, and you can achieve additional skin elasticity and tightening effects.
# Bio-bonds may form starting about two weeks after surgery, which can feel uncomfortable. In such cases, applying warm compresses and stretching will help them resolve faster. Please note that we also provide injections to help dissolve these bonds during the one-month follow-up appointment!
Consultations and surgeries should be performed by a board-certified plastic surgeon!
