2. Side View: Short Length and Sunken Nasolabial Angle. The biggest issue was the length of the nose. A high-difficulty surgery was required to gather the spread nasal tip cartilage, thin out the thick skin layer (bulbous nose correction), and simultaneously extend the short nasal tip downward (length extension).
