The Principle of LipoSound

# ‘LipoSound’ is a device that uses ultrasound to emulsify fat. It liquefies fat particles—similar to turning orange pulp into juice—which offers several advantages:

1. Much smoother process: Fat can be expressed like water without applying significant force and can be suctioned using a very small cannula. This results in less irritation, leading to faster recovery from bruising and swelling, and significantly less ‘Bio-Bond’ (post-operative adhesions).
2. Because ultrasound is emitted beneath the dermis, it minimizes skin sagging after the procedure and provides additional skin elasticity and tightening effects.

# You may experience some discomfort starting about two weeks after surgery as Bio-Bonds begin to form. During this time, applying warm compresses and stretching will help them resolve faster. We also provide injections to help soften these bonds during your one-month follow-up, so please keep that in mind!
