Today, we are going to talk about a case of a patient who underwent rhinoplasty without any implants!
Before the surgery, the patient had a bulbous nose and a small hump. They also had a history of receiving nose fillers 6 years ago and Hiko threads 8 years ago.
Regarding the style, they wanted a natural ‘half-curved’ (Ban-beoseon) tip and preferred not to use any artificial implants, so the procedure was performed as a no-implant rhinoplasty.
Rhinoplasty using only cartilage! Let’s compare the before and after of today’s patient who underwent what we call the ‘Dan-Yeon-Ko’ procedure.
The materials used were strictly septal cartilage and ear cartilage for VIBE’s ‘Dan-Yeon-Ko’ surgery. ^^
In addition, the patient underwent bulbous nose correction, hump correction, long nose correction, columella correction, osteotomy, and removal of foreign substances from previous fillers. You can see that the hump is gone, and the bridge of the nose looks much smoother and more refined than before :)
